Adaptation to the molding line rate by quick, semi-automatic ladle exchange and by pouring during the move of the line.

The exchange of the ladles (empty ladle vs. full lade) is triggered by push-button and then performed automaticaly by an artful designed ladle swing-out/swing-in device fixed with the machine.

The FOX can pour also during the move of the conveyor. The machine moves synchronously with the conveyor, making up
time for the ladle exchange, avoiding loss of production.

Automatic, regular pre-pouring allowing to achieve an optimal pour.

Lowering of ladle spout for pouring with minimal pouring height.

Mg-treatment directly in the FOX pouring ladle, avoiding a further transferring of the iron, and lowers significantly the temperature drop of the iron.

Compact design, needs very little floor space.

Suitable for flaskless and cope and drag molding line. For cycled and continuous driven molding lines. For pouring grey and nodular iron, steel and aluminium.

Easy operation by means of a simple control desk and Touch-Panel. The operator is located in the cabin of the machine, in a secure place, away from the pouring zone, or by remote control separated from the machine
