Pattern Blowing:

Blowing takes place during return of the pattern bolster to the filling station

Pattern Spraying:

Spraying takes place when the mould package has been lifted to the filling position

Filling:
  • By means of a stationary filling device > Weight-dependent dosage by means of

  • Uniform filling into the filling device by means of guide plates and a sand distributor flap
  • Pattern-dependent filling by controlled opening of the hopper discharge shutter
Compaction:
